Depending on a person’s wishes, needs and, of course, testing results, appropriate exercises for the improvement of coordination, exercises involving deep muscles, mobilizing rigid joints, as well as exercises reducing the imbalance of muscles and exercises strengthening muscles and enhancing the volume are assigned.
