Testing allows determining physical abilities of athletes, their type of muscle fibres and their prevalence. With the help of a test, an athlete can be directed to a suitable sport and his/her load can be properly adjusted to fit their physiology. By the means of regular testing, a determination can be made whether an athlete improves under one or other kind of training, whether the training has an effect, or, on the contrary, it only causes harm and baulks the progress. By comparing their data, each athlete may monitor how much they have improved and compare themselves with statistical data of world athletes. Our testing team uses OptoJump Next and Witty testing systems.
