BE1 T-TEST
Testing is performed with professional and modern testing equipment under the supervision of BE1 specialists!
This test shows the athlete’s ability to control his body – coordination, body stability, acceleration and stopping speed. Coordination depends on the strength of the body and the ability to perform movements.
The stronger the athlete’s body, the easier it is for him to control and coordinate his body in one or another situation (passing opponents, smooth landing). Acceleration and deceleration indicate the athlete’s explosive power and distance estimation.
- The athlete stands 1m from the sensor, the start is given and the player starts running.
- The athlete, having run to the mark located 10 m away, changes direction to the specified direction.
- The athlete, having run to the mark located 5 m away, runs around the marker and runs to the next mark.
- The athlete, having run to the next mark, runs around the marker and returns to the middle of the testing ground.
- At the middle of the testing ground, the athlete changes direction and finishes.
- The test is done both ways: both left and right.

This testing system shows the athlete’s reaction speed and agility.
- The athlete stands in front of the reaction lamps.
- The coach tells which color lamp the player will have to touch when the time starts counting.
- The lights are lit in different colors, so the athlete has to react only to the light of one color and react to it as quickly as possible.

How is athlete testing done?
Before testing the athletes, the athlete performs a warm-up together with the specialist performing the test. Later, the necessary equipment for the test is prepared, the athlete or team is introduced to the principle of operation of the test, its performance and the obtained results. This is repeated until all tests offered in the testing package or chosen by the athlete are performed. The athlete testing equipment used is mobile, so not only can the athlete come for testing, but the testing can come to the athlete!
